“Service was excellent. We bought off the website without seeing 'live'. Only a couple of minor quibbles - the doors are a little less soundproof than I'd hoped (the fit of the doors against the seals isn't absolutely perfect) and the bolts could be a little more substantial but overall result is good.”

“Very pleased with the doors. Look great, strong and do the job! They're the centre piece / focal point of our living room!! Everyone says 'wow' when they see the doors. The blinds are excellent. Few issues with the rubber seal peeling back when the main door closes. The lock unfortunately broke but good customer service. All fixed.”

“Doors look great, not too difficult to install, used local joiner. Good pre sales support, visited your showroom, David Ross was very helpful. Just one small issue, one door has fixing bolts top and bottom but the door that attaches to the opening door does not, when the door is open it’s weight causes the fixed door to push out at the bottom. Photos attached”

“Good service overall with great external bifolding doors. However, lead times communicated for the doors was not in line with the actual delivery/installation date. We chose VuFold as we needed external bifold doors with a short turnaround time due to an external build, though this delayed our project.”

“A good quality product at a reasonable price The delivery time could have been quicker I was not too keen about having to pay in full when placing the order It would have been better if you had an option of 'Brass' fittings. and pre-finished wood”

“The doors themselves are superb, however, the fitting instructions need careful reading to get them right first time. I would however recommend them to everyone. They are great value for money.”

“ACOMODATING. KEPT MY DOORS FOR 4X WEEKS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE BECAUSE I WAS NOT READY TO TAKE DELIVERY. I HAVE THE DOORS IN STORAGE AS MY EXTENSION IS NOT COMPLETE - BUT LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING THEM FITTED. VUFOLD KEPT ME INFORMED OF THEIR SALE AND I SAVED MONEY BY PURCHASING AT THE RIGHT TIME. I WILL NEED SOME BLINDS IN THE FUTURE, BUT FIND THE BLINDS OFFERED BY VUFOLD ARE QUITE EXPENSIVE.”
