“Service has been excellent. Its worth visiting the show room you can see the quality of their products we ordered bi fold doors and blinds. Doors was delivered very quickly. Delivery with a smile. Can't comment how they are to hang as we havnt done this. They do look straight forward. Very happy with the product.”

“Thank you. Arrived well wrapped and my son who has his own window and fire door company fitted it. He was very impressed with quality and the range of supplied fittings. We are very pleased with doors to date. Only been in 1 day but look and work brilliantly thank you Vufold.”

“We purchased two lots of Bi fold doors from Vufold doors last year, one external and a 6ft E wide internally, and after the twelve month they have been fitted they still work and look like new - very satisfied with the quality and the customer service was brilliant, but mostly they look beautiful.”

“Just received the doors and so far the service has been excellent. Queries answered, quick delivery (carried up our lane as access is limited) and great follow up. All the parts have been located so looking forward to installing the doors. The quality of everything looks great.”

“Recommended by a friend to use this company. Very easy website to order from - no hidden prices or need to call the company - everything was there to view, price and make up my order. Prompt confirmation of the order and delivery within a week. Very good delivery company used, informed me of the day of delivery and further call when 20 minutes away. The two delivery men were excellent, explained the paperwork and what to check on delivery & how long we had to report any damages etc. Very happy with quality and look of the doors. Thank You.”

“Checked my bifold doors and fittings following delivery. Pleased with the obvious high quality of the fittings. Unfortunately two of the three doors had some minor blemishes in the paint. Called Vufold and explained the problem. Immediate apology from them and instructions on how to sent details, pictures of damage. Problem sorted very quickly and efficiently resulting in two replacement doors being delivered. These had already been checked for quality before delivery so were perfect. Excellent customer service! Very glad I chose Vufold.”

“Both the product and customer service was excellent. I was even able to speak to a real ‘person’ on the telephone with a couple of queries without waiting in a queue listening to dreadful music. That is a very rare occurrence these days. The doors look lovely and very good quality. A carpenter friend of ours fitted them for us and was particularly impressed with the fitting kit and instructions and quality of tools and fittings provided. Many thanks.”

“Ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, which is great service. The delivery people were very friendly. The instructions for assembly of the door and fixings were very clear, in simple English. I found it best to order the frame and fixing kit at the same time. They even include masonry drill bits.”
