Hi Sam, Many thanks for your review. We have tested various types of packaging over the years and whilst the packaging is important, we believe it is the delivery and handling aspect of the doors which is the most important. We use a 2 man delivery service, one that we have used for many years and have full trust in. Whilst we believe we are a market leader in terms of the quality of products we supply, this industry is very price driven, so we have to find a balance of good protection/packaging but one that is also affordable for our customers. “We bought the Inspire door kit, it arrived well packaged and undamaged. The quality of all the parts is excellent. The instructions were a bit lacking for us D.I.Y. ers and some photos of actually assembled doors showing key points would have helped. The online Chat service was great and helped us a lot. It was nice to have some tools supplied but some additional tools were needed. I get turned on by small details, the quality of the screws and driver bits were great. The door is now fitted and looks lovely.”

“I bought a 5 door 3.6m from the Master Range. My neighbour and I (he is a joiner) fitted it in about 6 hours. The length of the opening meant I needed a pfc steel lintel and nuts and bolts for fixings. It is important not to put a course of bricks on to the lintel prior to fixing the nuts and bolts for obvious reasons. Very happy with the door and Cheryl in the after care team and Shane Martin the salesman were most helpful.A happy customer.”

“We visited the showroom to actually see the door, side panel and frame up close. We were treated very professionally and all the staff were friendly and welcoming, even though we had not made a prior appointment. FYI there were two slight metallic protrusions on the door surface. These were resulting from the manufacturing process and were not a serious problem. We are very impressed with the contents of the delivery packs. Every possibility has been covered e,g, drills, touch-up sealant, masking tape and paintbrush. Brilliant. Our installer was very impressed with this and the overall quality.”

“Very good presales help from Josh. However, there are a few oddities in the instructions that did not make sense. For example, providing 40mm screws for the top jamb, when the wood is about 20mm thick. Also there was an instruction to "make the pivot level with the jamb". Level how? Also, where the hinges require pilot holes on the pivot door, why did you make it so the hinge pilot hole is on the skinny part of the wood, instead of the stable wider part?”

Many thanks for the 5-star review and thank you for feeding back how pleased you were with how your presales enquires were dealt with. We are sorry for any confusion and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, hopefully, we can add some further clarity; if you are referring to the frame head, then the screw length is to ensure a secure fixing into the lintel/support above. The bottom pivot block needs to be set perfectly flush/level with the bottom of the frame jamb to ensure the doors sit and operate correctly within the opening, there is an image in the instructions demonstrating the correct location. We use an external grade steel hinge system across all our wooden bifold door ranges, the pre-piloted screw positions on the door are controlled by the hinge plate itself. Providing the torx-headed hinge screws provided are used, you will experience no issues with this. Many thanks Vufold

“What can I say? Fantastic service from start to finish. Our kitchen install (with some significant building work for good measure) is from 11th July so we were hoping to get the doors on discount. We took the plunge on the Saturday with 15% off, and they arrived on the Wednesday. I was updated every step of the way. Faultless service. Would highly recommend. Thanks a lot.”
