“The products are brilliant, but the customer service could be better. More communication. I have an order outstanding at the moment that I have had to badger to get information on, if it had been made clear it would be out of stock earlier it would have greatly improved my experience.”

“Ordered lowering springs for my BMW M140I and they came within 24 hours and actually sent correct parts! And we’re the cheapest company I found to supply the parts I required. I made a 2nd order of a maxton spoiler which is for the same car and it’s now on its way due to bank holidays and weekends which is no worry, Always kept up to date where my item is when it’s been dispatched etc always updated on situations. Fantastic company will return with more custom Thanks guys 👍👏”

“I ordered the Vudu quick-shifter and rear motor mount. The parts were delivered the next day, with a very speedy delivery and were well wrapped. They had survived the journey with no scuffs. My only criticism would be that there was only one delivery option via DPD and it was £15, so quite expensive. I wouldn’t have minded waiting a bit for the parts, as I am in no rush, and paying a bit less. Other than that great service. I will come again. I stumbled across the Vudu brand at Tunerfest North after witnessing the Time attack Vudu ST. That is a fantastic way of advertising to potential customers. Well done!”

“Recently had my ST180 in for a stage1+ remap and other bits fitted, the lads provided a great service with no messing around. Very professional and provided great hospitality whilst waiting for my car to be completed. Definitely recommend and will be going back in the near future! Tom”

“Was looking to get some performance parts for my car on finance, I had no joy until I came across these guys it was easy to apply and once my order was placed I was kept up to date by the team, they where also helpful in answering any questions I had and the items where dispatched quickly.”

“Very poor service - took a good week and half before I heard anything about my exhaust being delivered and then been sent a sub strip which I was told was already cut to fit my car then when I go to fit it it’s not. Would not use again!”
