“Still waiting for my original order I placed with them some 6 weeks ago and have had to chase 3 times and still no sign of my items - Very disappointing”

Hi Paul, we can only apologize for the delay in your order. It seems we are still waiting for stock to become available with our supplier. As you have purchased during a sale period, there's not much further discount we can offer you on this. However, we have applied a 10% refund on your order as a token of goodwill. “Good overall however an additional £45 was requested for shopping. ..whilst it's in their t&c's, it should be made clearer at the time of checkout. Further nothing they should be aware of the items' size and associated costs if they're a stockist.”

“I would just like to thank Vudu for the amazing service I received once arrived I was quickly seen too and before I knew it car was pulled in to be worked on. The lad doing my car was a pleasant guy who chatted to me while doing the work and explain what they was doing with my car step by step even talked me through some of the other projects that were happening there. The map I had on the car itself is fantastic it’s such a massive difference and continues to pull a smile on my face every time I drive it. Service was fantastic, product is fantastic and will definitely be returning for future plans.”

“Purchased an air filter, never heard of the company before but it was recommended to me. Wasn’t kept upto date with the fact there was none on the shelf, had to chase it myself to find out what was going on, and now that I’m trying to return the item I’m being told there is a restocking fee that I will be charged”

Hi Ben, looking over your order, I can see you received an email the following day after you placed your order and the order was completed 5 working days after this. Black Friday is our busiest time of the year, with hundreds of orders coming through to us in a very short space of time, so we can only apologize that the order was not with you any sooner. Regarding the restocking fee, this is in place to prevent the company from being left with very specific items that we would find difficult to move on from our warehouse. Our suppliers would also charge a restocking fee if we wanted to send the item back, leaving us with no choice to put this procedure in place. “Visited AET/Vudu numerous times through 2023, firstly for a gold service and VP235 on my ST180, then for new brakes fitting, then another silver service and most recently exhaust fitting. Each time all staff were pleasant, all jobs done efficiently and never had an issue. Would recommend AET/Vudu for any work that needs doing.”

“My experience with this company was fantastic. Very helpful company and friendly when speaking with them. However I still haven't received my item from there supplier, the delivery company DX seems to have delivered my parcel to someone else with a different surname even though i provided my contact number that was never called either which would of rectified any delivery issues.”
