HI Zouhir Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry that you were unhappy with the service we provided. I have looked into your order and I can see that when we received your documentation you had mailed to us more than you had initially ordered. Once we had clarified the situation we then started to proceed with the legalisation. You had used our 4 week service and unfortunately during that 4 weeks the Saudi Embassy closed for 1 week due to the Eid celebrations. We completed and dispatched your documents on the 2nd of September which is 1 day early. Of course if you would like to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to call the office
