“From the first phone call with Sean and then the subsequent processes to having my certificates attested, I couldn't be any happier with the service. I was kept up to date regularly by email through all the various stages and their completion. Considering the current COVID-19 situation, I was afraid that the whole process could be a protracted affair but to my surprise everything was completed within 11 days. I would definitely use VitalConsular services again.”

“Vital Consular legalised/attested documents for my move to the UAE (as required by the Gov over there). The service they provided was excellent with their representatives replying to emails very promptly and always kept me up to date with the progress of the process. These things are never cheap but I think Vital Consular are very competitive in terms of price, and considering how easy they made the process it was worth the outlay. Would definitely recommend them to others.”

“The work carried out for this service was complete and efficient. The only negative side is that if you are using the service outside of the UK you cannot have direct access to that country and are always surfing between time-zones to respond to needs. Plus adding extra time once process is complete sending paperwork back to UK for final sign off only to be sent back out to destination. This caused delayed time in receiving documents, A smarter and more intuitive method needs to be designed for this advertised International company. The staff were helpful and responded to all emails sent.”

I am really happy to hear that all our team that you dealt with were helpful and professional I do take on board and fully understand your comment in regards to additional time being added for overseas document due to paperwork having to be processed through the UK. We do have all documents couriered back to our head office in the UK so we can quality check all wok that has been carried out to ensure that the documents are not rejected in country once our clients submit them. This can cause further delays if the paperwork needs to be re attested.
