“I needed my US marriage certificate and son's UK birth certificate attested in order to complete my families move to the UAE due to visa requirements. I used the live chat service and instantly had a response from Nicola Palmer. Nicola helped confirm that the document I had from the US could be legalised and within a matter of hours, provided me with a full comprehensive quote of the breakdown and documents needed. Just 24 hours later I received confirmation from Nicola Palmer and Gavin Whyte that all documents I sent had been received and already been sent to the US. In just 3 days I went from having no idea what I was doing to being completed updated/talked through the process by Vital and now just 5 days after my initial contact I have had an update from Nicola, Gavin and the team and can now concentrate on my new move to the UAE with my family whilst Vital handle all of the legalisation side on my behalf in the background. Thank you Martin for taking the time to leave your review it has been very much appreciated. I am sorry you feel that the process has gone on longer than it should have. I have checked your order and we received your document on the 2nd of February. The service you opted for is the Express service which is a 15-20 working days service. If we base this on 20 working days this takes you to the 2nd March. You also opted for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp to be applied and this adds an extra 5-8 working days onto the process. With the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp this takes you to the 15th March. Your order was dispatched back to you in the UK on the 14th March which means we had completed 1 day early as the process time does not include shipping back. The only updates we offer are when a stage has been completed so you know at what stage the process is at. I have checked our emails and you received all of the updates that you should have. Apologies if you didnt see these, they may have landed in your junk file.

“I was using a different Document Attestation company for my UAE documents, who told me they would not be able to process my marriage certificate due to the fact that it had a mixture of languages. I got in touch with Vital Certificates, and i asked them if they had the same opinion. They went away, checked and came back and said they would be able to do it. I was unsure due to the previous feedback, but i took a chance. They came through, excellent & first class service, advising you every step of the way on progress. I wish i had gone straight to Vital from the start. Lesson Learned!. Highly recommended.”

“I paid for Express service which should have taken 10 days. However days at consulate and received documents after one month. Too late. I requested some refund on the Express service but e mail ignored and no reply. Very poor and would not use this company again. It's a scam!!!!!”
