“I had to obtain a marriage certificate from England over 38 years ago - received it in a timely manner - they provided updates through the process. Living in the U.S., I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but this was a great experience. Their follow-up was great. Would definitely use them again if needed.”

“I was impressed by the company from day one. All the people I dealt with were very professional. All information was clear. We received the documents within the time specified. My only niggle would be the price as it seems a bit on the high side. I don’t know if anyone does it for less as I didn’t check due to this company being recommended. When dealing with such important documents it is best to go with a recommendation. Other than the price, I’d recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“Very easy to use service. Took some time getting my certificate back from the UAE embassy but all the Vital staff that I spoke to were very helpful. They even switched the delivery address at late notice to help me out. Would highly recommend the service.”

“The first time I used this service it was very good. This was for a marriage visitor visa. I recently went back to try and apply and get my wife another visa for the U.K. for when we go back to live permanently and I was asked when will she travel and I told the agent that we was not sure !! Maybe next year but I need for her to have a visa in case we have an emergency and have to to back to the U.K. you could not help ? Waste of time for us”
