They are always quick to respond to any questions / concerns, and very professional / knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone. “I liked the fact that they kept me informed of how the process is progressing. It was however, extremely expensive and I had 3 certificates to attest, please keep in mind that your customers are jobseekers and may not be able to afford or make a good discount for more than one documents.”

I have checked your order and I can see that you opted for our urgent service which is the more expensive option as our team personally attends the Foreign Office and the Embassy. We do offer a multiple document discount on documents and this was added to your order at the quote stage. We do also offer the Klarna option for our clients that would prefer to spread the cost of their order over 3 months rather than having to pay the whole cost straight away. I am pleased though that you appreciated the emails we sent after each process so you knew at what stage the process was at.
