“I was offered the super express option even though you knew that you couldn't deliver due to covid and the impossibility of personal delivery of the documents to the UAE embassy. I feel cheated. It took far too long. I could have lost the job if I had waited for you to deliver on you promise.”

Unfortunately at the moment due to Covid we are only able to make submission via mail and because of this the Embassy do not have a specific time frame in which they are completing documents and returning them. They are now completing documents much faster. I can assure you that we did process your document as quickly as possible at that time. Once again I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

“The customer service was excellent both by telephone and email. The frequency of communications regarding my document was reassuring and everything arrived within the agreed timeframe. If you are looking for an efficient attestation service, this is a good one. You can of course pick up some of the components yourself (certification etc...) but, having done this before myself, it can be stressful and more time consuming that way. For the sake of convenience and peace of mind, especially in today's climate, Vital is the way to go. You get what you pay for.”
