“Very helpful, I am due to take up a teaching position in Abu Dhabi and was clueless about having my certificates attested. The advice and support was excellent. The friendly staff kept me informed where my attestation process was up to as it progressed though each stage. Last week my husband needed his certificates attested for his teaching post. “The work carried out for this service was complete and efficient. The only negative side is that if you are using the service outside of the UK you cannot have direct access to that country and are always surfing between time-zones to respond to needs. Plus adding extra time once process is complete sending paperwork back to UK for final sign off only to be sent back out to destination. This caused delayed time in receiving documents, A smarter and more intuitive method needs to be designed for this advertised International company. The staff were helpful and responded to all emails sent.”

I am really happy to hear that all our team that you dealt with were helpful and professional I do take on board and fully understand your comment in regards to additional time being added for overseas document due to paperwork having to be processed through the UK. We do have all documents couriered back to our head office in the UK so we can quality check all wok that has been carried out to ensure that the documents are not rejected in country once our clients submit them. This can cause further delays if the paperwork needs to be re attested.

“I've been using Vital Consular since 2014, and they always provide an excellent service. I have no idea whether others offering this service are cheaper, although some may be. It's also likely that I could do it all myself and save a little money (I think I looked in 2014, and decided then that it really wasn't worth the trouble of trying to organise what I needed doing) - but it's really not worth my time or the trouble. I need this work done, and done properly first time, and done within a timeframe - all of which they do. I shall continue to use them, and I'll recommend them to anyone who asks - including teachers joining our overseas schools. Thank you.”
