“I had a really good experience and the customer care team were very responsive. However, I chose the 7 day express service. In reality, this isn't 7 days express and almost caused me a massive issue with my citizenship registration. e.g. I organised for it to arrive on Monday and didn't get it back till Tuesday, so I think it is a bit misleading.”

“I have used Vital Consular a number of times now to get documents legalized for me. They provide a very personal service, responding to questions very quickly and knowledgeably. They appreciate when there is a sense of urgency and follow through with their service. I appreciate that they can get the work done and then send it to me anywhere in the world. It's not a cheap service, but it's fast, effective and they do work that I cannot do as I'm overseas. I have recommended the company to many many people. “Very easy process and handled efficiently. Only niggle was I had to ask them twice how I got my documents to them to process; this was not made clear in their website unlike all the other areas of their service. Still very happy with result.”
