“charge is excessive for the job”

Thank you for your feedback Adam As a company we do aim to provide the service at the most competitive price available. Document legalisation can be expensive but we believe you would not find the services we provided at a cheaper price for the same speed and quality.

Hi Alana Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your order and when we received your documents, your marriage certificate was a photocopy which can not be legalised. A member of our team was in contact with you with regards to this matter on a number of occasions. You should have also received automated emails when each stage of your legalisation was completed. I apologise if this didn't happen. If there is anything you would like to discuss in regards to your order, please feel free to contact the office.

“Speedy, accurate responses, professional service, just be careful about the difference between billing and correspondence addresses. Use a courier that telephones clients before delivery. Despite the fact that I sent written requests & made telephone calls to the delivery company asking that the courier call me or I be allowed to call him, I was told that couriers do not call or receive calls.”

Hi Jacqueline Thank you for your feedback. Apologies if there were some confusion with the billing and shipping address. The courier we use does ask for a contact telephone number for the recipient and in most cases does call prior to attending.
