“The service was quick and I was updated with every step, however my orginal certicate was delicered with crease marks and was bended at the corners and not in its original folder, even though I submitted it in a carboard folder that is hard to bend.”

When you initially paid for your order you used Apple Pay and doing this added the address that was linked to your Apple pay account as the delivery address which you confirmed to my colleague you were working at around 8 years ago. Unfortunately this is nothing to do with our system and I apologise if you feel it is. I can vouch for all members of the team that their attitude towards all our clients are exemplary and they will always go above and beyond to help with any questions or queries any of our clients have.
