“Vital will action what is required but communication and ownership is pretty poor. They are fine but ensure one is constantly following up with what stage of the process they have reached. I presume all the agencies are the same.”

Apologies if these landed into your junk file which can happen at times. I can see that the Qatar Embassy were processing documents slower than usual at the time of your order which did make us late by 2 days. We do always try and ensure our processing times are met but in instances like this it is out of our hands. I do hope the above places your mind at ease.

“The service was quick and I was updated with every step, however my orginal certicate was delicered with crease marks and was bended at the corners and not in its original folder, even though I submitted it in a carboard folder that is hard to bend.”
