“Faultless customer (5 star) service received, especially when one of the parts ordered had a minor manufacturing problem. It was replaced immediately, by next day delivery. All communications were extremely professional, courteous - a rare and pleasant experience in this day and age. The quality of product and staff is highly commendable, so much so, I have placed a second order with them for another project, and have recommended them to a couple of colleagues already.”

“I ordered 80mm grommets but received 60mm so not very satisfied at all I have phoned and left message and e-mailed with no reply, at a cost of £1.44 each order cost £72 so cost of 60mm would not cost this much so can I have them picked up and 80mm sent please”

“The service was overall very quick, convenience and good. Stephanie Llewelyn was very informative, helpful and kind. The only downside was the delivery company Parcefolce, which neither delivered to the requested site (they dropped it off to the other company division) nor treated the parcel appropriately as they kicked it rather than picking it up (luckily, the items were not fragile). Regardless of the delivery company, the service provided by Vital-Parts was satisfactory.”
