“Screw-On Felt Furniture Glides 28mm fitted to Neptune dining chairs used on a tiled floor. A well made product which so far is working brilliantly. The chairs glide over the floor silently which is a fast improvement on the "glides" (scrapes) that came as standard which had hard edges, caught on the tile grouting edges and were noisy. My only reservation is longevity but in all honesty they are so good that if they last a year I will be happy to replace them with the same again.”

“The range of small parts and sizes on the website is really impressive. The fact that some of those are not available, and not expected to ever be available, even after being able to place an order for them, is less impressive. The proposed alternatives were of different sizes, so not much use. Therefore the whole process of placing an order and dealing with the discussions of alternatives, cancellations, partial refund etc takes days and becomes very tedious.”
