“Ordered M5 x 60mm nylon screws and M5 Wingnuts last week. M5 Wingnuts were delivered as expected in good timing. However, was advised by customer services that I'd receive M5 x 50mm screws due to low stock of the 60mm, which I agreed to test for my application and would keep if they worked. But I've received M5 x 30mm instead of the 50mm. Tried to get in touch with customer services and Chris M regarding returns and wrong invoicing but had no reply.”
