“Cannot fault Vital Parts for their service. Received a phone call from them to say they were one item short on my order, could they offer a replacement, I accepted and asked if I could increase the order by 1. No problem they said. they didn't charge me for the extra item, (very low value so more of a trouble to raise an invoice for it). Item arrived next day. They're my new "go to guys" for hardware. 12 out of 10”
