“Amazing customer service ! Honestly, my order was tiny, but Vital Parts gave it 100% calling me to discuss availability, timings, suggesting replacements, altering items and postage. Caring for it as if it were a big order from an important client. Quite remarkable.”

“The silicone material the bungs are made from are harder than I expected and will not stay wedged in the holes, I was expecting them to be more malleable and form a better seal and to stay in place, so won't be using them and hence went in the bin.”
