The staff were very friendly and eager to be of assistance, and the technical advice was excellent. The provision of a sample part was extremely useful, in helping me to solve my problem. When my order arrived when they said it would, there was a fault with the parts. This was taken care of without any hassle, and new parts arrived a couple of days later.
