“Vital part though very efficient in despatching their product, but in my case, they despatched the incorrect item, I was expected to pay the return postage, this proved not worth the hassle or inconvenience. I will say this the staff were very helpful in trying to find a suitable replacement, however, this would not have suited the purpose of the job.”

“Queried 2 sizes of square metal tube end plugs for Community Centre chair feet. A sample of each size was sent, and I could confirm that I had chosen the correct size using the guide information on the website. Ordered the required number, and they arrived within a few days, and I was able to ensure ALL our chairs had plastic feet and didn't scratch our Community Centre's expensively renewed wooden floor over the Jubilee weekend, and on into the future. Keeping the details for future use!”

Wasn't contacted until the due date of delivery, even after paying extra for expedited delivery. No contact on the day the item should have been dispatched! Took a further 3 days to get the substituted parts.”

Good Afternoon Colin, Thank you for getting in touch with Vital Parts regarding the order placed in April. Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting the goods out to you, I can see the order was placed dated 19/04 and dispatched dated 21/04 taking two days for dispatch and then additional time for them to arrive. This is outside of our usual turnaround time and can advise this was due to a staff shortage in our warehouse.
