“Got some screw on felt pads to stop our kitchen chairs making such a horrible noise on the tiled floor. They are strong and work wonderfully. As they’re such good quality I think they’ll last a long time. Very pleased.”

“Vital part though very efficient in despatching their product, but in my case, they despatched the incorrect item, I was expected to pay the return postage, this proved not worth the hassle or inconvenience. I will say this the staff were very helpful in trying to find a suitable replacement, however, this would not have suited the purpose of the job.”

“Queried 2 sizes of square metal tube end plugs for Community Centre chair feet. A sample of each size was sent, and I could confirm that I had chosen the correct size using the guide information on the website. Ordered the required number, and they arrived within a few days, and I was able to ensure ALL our chairs had plastic feet and didn't scratch our Community Centre's expensively renewed wooden floor over the Jubilee weekend, and on into the future. Keeping the details for future use!”
