“I wanted a few items to develop a prototype, but there was a delay with one of them. Vital Parts contacted me directly, but as there was no rush I was happy to wait. They upgraded my delivery so I would get the items as soon as possible, and they arrived earlier than expected. I thought that was great customer care for such a small value order. The quality of the products is high and they arrived with detailed labelling making item tracing a re-ordering easier. Their website is clear and easy to follow.”

“Sadly, the website provided an incorrect description, consequently I had to return the wrong parts and the Customer Satisfaction dept proved very difficult to convince that I should do so FOC. After 3 emails they finally agreed but left a sour taste in my mouth! Shame, as the range of parts available was excellent.”
