“Web page froze at final stage of payment Kept pressing orange button but nothing happened, just stuck there. Several attempt went back and started all over again and same result every time After trying for several days gave up Prom like seems to occur after option to pay by PayPal or other. But anyway screen froze and no advice given Not good enough However I got first class service from your operative when I phoned He couldn't have been better.”

“Looked online for a solution to a minor domestic technical issue. Found Vital Parts and then had a pleasant surprise to learn that they are located just a few minutes drive from where I live. I paid them a visit in person and even though I was very much the small customer, Vital Parts proved to be extremely helpful and solved my problem. They are a genuine company who will deal with the larger customer, but who will not ignore the small customer. Unlike some Companies they seem to work on the principle of treating everyone well. One never knows. The contacts of a small customer can occasionally pay dividends!”

“I ordered two types of rubber insert feet for metal kitchen chairs - one set was ribbed which fitted but the other set which were angled were not ribbed and too big for the chairs. The size seemed the same on the web site but I did not pick up one set was ribbed and the other not. I will come back to you when I run out of rubber feet.”
