“I ordered bistro style chair leg parts. These were slow in coming but when I made contact they came quickly after that. The product did the job and was what I was expecting. Would recommend.”

“For a while now I have only been able to purchase plastic ferrules locally. They slip easily and I have had a few nasty falls. I found Vital Parts on the internet and ordered rubber ferrules. “Pipe , Clear end cap - cover ........... superb . Keeps moisture out of pipe ....... Not sure if cover would withstand UV or IR rays from sun , so given three sprays of protective varnish ....time will tell .... Also , this company has lots of usefull "bits" !”
