“Actually disappointed with the service. Online ordering easy. Subsequent phone call to tell me you were out of stock and offering an alternative which was not dimensionally suitable. Offered another that was the size I needed and since I didn't have you're website available during this phone call I specifically asked "Is it stainless steel?" before I accepted the alternative. Product arrives swiftly. Product is zinc-plated steel with a stainless steel cover on the foot to make it look pretty - not at all suitable for it's intended use and consequently a waste of my time and yours. I see your product description has 'stainless steel' on the title so that's not helpful and probably what lead to your telephoning to tell me it was stainless steel. Whatever, product consigned to the bin and what I wanted sourced from elsewhere. You win, you made a sale. You lose, I won't be buying from you again and I'll encourage other potential purchasers to avoid you. Why didn't I return them for a refund? Because my time is worth more than the cost of the product, the hassle, and the cost, time and effort to send it back. In fact I don't know why I'm wasting my time telling you all this when it's already been done on your live chat service yet still you send me a customer feedback query. In a nutshell... poor service, I won't use you again.”
