“not what I order and to take payment and then be told out of stock”

I can confirm that steps were taken before the order was shipped to let you know about the lack of stock for one of the parts you ordered. Our sales person ran through the very close matching alternative part which was agreed with yourself over the phone. Of course, had this have been an issue at the time a refund would have been processed to prevent any difficulties on your end. Unfortunately, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to respond to emails due to the volume of which they are received. Your purchase was made over the bank holiday weekend and was dispatched on the Tuesday via our free 3-5 working day delivery service, so should be with you at the latest today. “I needed rubber feet with metal washers for toughness for my massage table and a clients and I was able to buy them for a good price with a not too big minimum order so I am very happy with my purchase!”

“Free sample meant I knew before ordering I would get perfect fit and finish. As a retail customer for a small number of tube plugs the Min order of £15 meant I had to buy 3 times the number I actually need. Pain !”

“I needed some plastic/rubber parts that don't appear in the usual DIY stores so I was happy when I found this specialist and the parts I needed. One item was not in stock but Vital Parts contacted me straight away and gave me the option to have the rest of the order at once but I elected to wait about a fortnight and received the whole order all together.
