“The rubber chair feet I received were not what was pictured on the website. Also, the rubber was soft making them totally useless as chair feet. They squashed down exposing the screw they were fixed on by meaning the chair was sat on four screw heads instead of the rubber.”

“I struggled to find these adjustable feet anywhere as they seemed to be in short supply everywhere. The search ended at Vital Parts (whom I had never heard of) where there was plenty of stock availability. The goods were ordered, realistic carriage-paid terms applied, and the goods arrived well packaged and within the promised lead-time. Good, simple, trouble-free transaction, excellent.”

“The service I received from Vital parts was very good, Initially, I ordered some end caps to use as scuppa bungs on my Kayaks. the first ones ordered were slightly too small and didn't fit tight enough for the purpose intended. I submitted a returns form and posted the end caps back. I received the replacement end caps within a week. Overall the service provided by Vital Parts was first class and I would recomend the company to anyone.”
