“I'd bought a timber summerhouse and was looking for a way of keeping it completely off the ground. Having found the Vital Parts website, found the ideal solution and ordered rubber door stops which have been attached at suitable intervals to the floorboard rails of my summerhouse. This means it is raised just enough to prevent it from sitting on the wet concrete and allows for air to flow beneath. I had a couple of questions and rang customer service who answered my questions promptly and to my satisfaction. My order was placed and arrived the next day. The website is easy to navigate and I have already recommended the company to friends. A good find indeed!”

“I'm probably not Vital Parts' typical sort of customer but I found a few specific things I was after for fixtures and fittings for a particular project. “I have mixed feelings about this review. Usually, great service but two further delays and one l only found out about after l sent an email, only warrants 4 stars this time round. Don’t be put off however. This was my second order with this company and the quality of the items l ordered are superb and l am very happy that they are very well made and robust.
