“Delivery seemed a long time in coming, but when I emailed to ask where my little package of Slide and Glide buttons was, the response from Harry Stockford was sympathetic and instant - a new package was sent out at once. I was very pleased and impressed. Of course, the original package arrived on the very day of my enquiry! It was sent back marked "Return to Sender".. I hope it too arrived safely.”
