“Such a simple part I needed but couldn't find anywhere until I came across Vital Parts. Very fast and efficient delivery and part was just as expected.”

“Excellent service - arrived as expected. I give 4 stars only as I really wanted just 5 castor wheel cups for my single home office chair now residing in the garage on a concrete floor, but useful to sit on when putting on gardening boots without rolling away. However I can see why I needed to increase the amount of my order to 15 as each item comes at quite a small price. Obviously the extra ones will be kept for use as spares or to pass on to others requiring such "vital parts" ! We were so pleased to solve the problem by finding your website.”

“Confusion on availability of the items ordered and out of stock after order was confirmed and payments taken. Had to settle with replacement items which was part delivered and still waiting for the remainder to arrive. Not great service and very slow!”

“I unfortunately miss read the line drawing and when the parts arrived were too small. I contacted customer service and within minutes the problem was solved. The lady on the phone sorted out which size I really needed and all I had to do was return the incorrect parts. Just waiting now for replacement parts and job done. Great customer service no fuss, no argument just dealt with, great!!!!”
