“purchased the square plastic ferrules. They fit well, but wish they were also available in a clear plastic. I chose the white, but as my chair legs are wood, stand out a bit.”

“I was uncertain what product would meet my requirements and had very helpful advice via email. Purchased product was just right, fitted exactly and was delivered promptly by mail. However £10 minimum order process online is badly managed. I requested what I needed but as value was less than £10, website would not move forward to completion until I had ordered extra product I did not need to take total above £10. So have thrown away what I did not need which is environmentally wasteful.”

“If you want honest feedback - I’ve honestly never had such a simple order to place and it be made so confusing and difficult. Wrong items sent which had to be returned. It started even with the samples requested. Numerous times wrong information was conveyed about what’s in stock and lead times. After a lot of phone calls and patience 5 weeks later I think it’s now correct.”

“Goods arrived quickly and in good order. Bit disappointed that the rubber feet were a bit flimsy. Had to add washers before attaching them to chair legs or the screws would have pulled through the rubber. Very effective now that they are fitted.”
