Hi Thank you for your order and your review. If on receipt of your order you think the film is not the size you requested we would advise that you contact us so that we can investigate and send a replacement if this necessary. The film should have been produced to the exact size you ordered. Please send a picture of what you have received with a tape measure alongside showing the dimensions and we will be happy to look into for you. Kind Regards Lissa

“Product was heavy duty and does the job but was very hard to apply, leaving wrinkles and bubbles even when applied by a professional builder with me (client) in support. Not sure if it's down to the product or the workmanship but it will need replacing...”

Many customers as can be seen from the reviews don't have issues fitting the Opal Frost film but we are always happy to give advice if you should need it.
