“BEWARE! I ordered what I thought was going to be a film of the sort you find as etched glass in a Victorian door, which is what I was going to use it for. It’s quite pricey so I wanted to get it right.
However, the stars and their spacing apart were too big so I went online to return it via the courier ( Evri) email. Unfortunately I couldn’t do this as it didn’t recognise abode window film or Visual signs and Graphics as a company.
When I got round to ‘phone them I was told to try putting their postcode in which didn’t work either. Also that 10% would be deducted from my refund as it had been over a week since I received it. I was then told I would have to pay to return it as well..
I am disappointed with Abode’s customer service and definitely won’t be buying from them ever again or recommending them to friends and clients.”

We are very sorry you are unhappy with the fitted film. If you use the correct side of the squeegee which is soft then you shouldn't get scratches and if the film was creased when it arrived we would have replaced it had you contacted us and emailed photos. Unfortunately if we aren't aware that the film has arrived damaged we can't put it right.

“The film was very easy to apply by spraying the window with a diluted washing up solution as detailed in the accompanying notes. Then just squidgy on and cut to the perfect size. Our film is 100% privacy but lets in so much light. We're very happy”
