“Ordered 4 different samples, one of which was the Static Cling Silver Reflective Mirror Window Film, This product I found after applying distorted the view out of the window. I sent a message to Abode via the contacts page on the website asking for advice but they never answered.”
“I received my order in good time, but it was not high gloss as I’d ordered, and the colour was too yellow for what I needed. I have since tried to contact them via email to try and send it back, with no success. No returns note was supplied, so am stuck with it.”
“It would have been nice to have been notified when my package was being delivered so that I could ensure someone was at home to receive it. Instead a card was left to say I had to drive miles to the collection depot. As for the film, it it's as good as my previous purchases I will be happy but not installed it yet.”

Unfortunately this film is not the answer, temperature currently showing as 35.4 degrees, no difference to before application. I must admit it has reduced the glare somewhat but that was not particularly what I was after. Sadly I must keep looking for a solution.”

Unfortunately, we have not yet used your product because the salesperson at the time time of ordering the film gave me a telephone number of a local person that would fit the film for me as I did not want to fit it myself. However, when I contacted this man from Rotherham he asked me to let him know when the film had arrived and now I am unable to contact him as he doesn't appear to be answering his phone. Therefore, if I fit it myself and cannot fit it properly I will have wasted £90. That is the reason for the 2 stars rating.”
“I purchased medium tinted solar window film for my back door as it’s too hot when the sun shines.
It was delivered quickly and arrived damaged and left at my back door.
The box was ripped and film was damaged along the centre.
I put it up on the window anyway not without difficulty and it ripped due to the damage.
Tbh the film is flimsy and hard to work with.
Since it’s been up on my window it’s been great at keeping the sun at bay.
I would not purchase again unless there was an option for Royal Mail delivery as Hermes is terrible.
I would have complained after but after reading the reviews I felt lucky to have received my product at all.
