“Ordered on 11th Nov with free 2-3 day Royal Mail delivery; tracking received was was never updated. Chased after 5 days, and was sent an EVRI tracking number. Have repeatedly checked and EVRI states "We're sorry, we're not able to deliver your parcel today, but we will deliver it on the next working day." - this has been the case for a week now. 15 days since our order, and still no indication if or when we'll receive it. Next steps are to cancel and go elsewhere in future.”

“I ordered two narrow strips to cover plain glass in a door. The first strip went on perfectly, the second however was hard work. It would not line up correctly anc constantly kept creasing and getting air bubbles. On further examination it was not cut straight at the top so was constantly getting more and more lobsidded asit went further down the glass. So I have one perfect pieces and one that has a few creases and air bubbles as even trying to make the top straight the taking off and trying to replace on the glass had affected the delicate strip”

We are sorry that you had issues fitting one of the panels and that one of them wasn't straight and wish that you had contacted us at the time when you noticed the panel wasn't perfectly straight and were having issues. We could have then looked at trying to resolve the problems. It is hard for us to put something right if we aren't aware.

“The blackout film is easy to install as long as you follow the clear instructions to the letter. The final result is superb, and the quality of sleep we are now getting is much improved, with the neighbour's powerful security lights no longer bothering us. As mentioned, the product's ability to block out all light would be suitable for dark room use, and I only wish I has ready access to it 40 years ago when I was doing this sort of thing. Recommended.”

“So easy to apply! Fast delivery but I wish it was clearer when ordering which option was which. I ended up with the opposite to the one I wanted but it’s fine . It says pattern on clear or clear pattern on opaque but I couldn’t work out from pictures which was which
