“Love the look of the finished result after applying the film. The french doors looks great and the film does the job of providing privacy whilst looking pretty.
The film was a little tricky to apply, and I would suggest it is much easier with two people!
One complaint though: The hardest part of applying the film was attempting to find a way of peeling away the backing from the film! I gave up. I though there must have been a mistake in the production process... My husband managed to split the backing from the window film eventually, and the rest was straight forward enough; following the step by step instructions. Super happy with the finished result!”

All film is a tad tricky to take the fine liner of, a trick of using Sellotape on each side can be helpful. The two sides do need to be stuck well, so there is no air to ruin the film.

“Been on a week or so it seems to cut heat down in conservtery, it was a bit tricky to fit to roof although the fitting kit and instructions helped. Certainly got full length or a bit more as I messed up on a couple of lengths but still had plenty left. I would recommend”

“Gave us the effect we wanted at a reasonable cost. My window had a central bar in it so I just ordered a larger size and cut it into 2 as a bigger sheet wasn’t much more money. It would have been expensive to have 2 made otherwise.”

“Really disappointed with how hard it was to peel away from the backing and how easy it was to kink on application because of how thin it was. Much prefer the ease and price of DC Fix. Using the washing up liquid made it 10x more slippery and therefore 10x harder to apply. I didn't even get enough to cover my front windows.”

We are sorry you had trouble removing the fine clear liner. This can be tricky but we do provide advice on how to do this in the fitting instructions. We wish you had contacted us when you were struggling as we would have been able to resolve the fitting issues you had with advice over the phone or by email.
Is it possible you ordered the wrong quantity if you didn't have enough film for your windows but again if you had contacted us when you received delivery to let us know we would have course resent more film if it was a packing error. If we are unaware we can't correct a possible error.
