“Lovely pattern which I had hoped to use with the 'reeds' standing vertically. I thought I had understood the dimensions, but on ordering it turned out the roll height is the pattern height, see image provided of 50cm x 8m roll. Luckily the pattern still works when used horizontally and looks a bit like ripples/reflections on water. The film has an adhesive coating, which is different to other films I've used and so seems a little less forgiving when fitting. Great for a bit of privacy whilst allowing light in.”

We are sorry that you misunderstood that the roll height is the pattern height and that this misled you to ordering the incorrect size the fit the design with the reeds running vertically. We haven't had this issue crop up before but we do apologise and appreciate your constructive criticism.
We are happy to hear though that you still managed to use the film by fitting the film with the design running horizontally and I'm sure it still looked lovely.

“Used the film to line the inside of picture glass so as to prevent the uv from fading photographs. Looks very good. Difficult to separate the two layers using the tape method. Could it be made with an overlap to allow easier separation? Now hope it works!”

Sorry to see you have had issues fitting your film.
It's common to see small bubbles under freshly-installed film. Normally, these bubbles should go away within a couple of weeks.
If they are still remaining, then you can adequately heat the film, then reuse the spray bottle to apply a fine mist of water to the window tint. The cold water interacting with the hot window will loosen the adhesive, making it easier to get the air bubbles out.
