“Purchased gluten free dough balls and sourdough dough balls. Both arrived in same box, gluten-free still frozen, however sourdough had defrosted. Put both in freezer straight away. At time to use, Gluten free defrosted and was not sticky to work with, tasted delicious!! My husband said the sourdough was sticky to work with and needed lots of flour, but tasted delicious. Perhaps delivery for sourdough could be improved?? Would recommend despite.”

“Excellent speedy delivery and fabulous quality product. Well packaged for transit. We enjoyed a pizza party and everyone commented on the sour dough pizza base especially. Would definitely order again . We froze our dough and therefore needed to thaw it but excellent instructions were given and all went well . Wholly recommend ordering from this company.”

“We have ordered the sourdough before and it has always been rising with a very crunchy and tasty crust. However, the last batch we received, making pizza yesterday, the dough does not rise (following all the recommended instructions) before or in the oven. It turned out tasteless, flat and dry. We ordered 36 balls and suspect they are all 'off'”

Hello Ian, as per my email to you earlier in the week, you ordered a different type of dough this time to the ones you've had previously, and it just needs longer to prove. “Had a small hiccup with delivery charges (wasn’t clear that Weekend delivery actually incurred a ‘weekday’ delivery charge), however after flagging this with customer services they responded immediately, changed my delivery date and refunded the extra fee. Pizza dough arrived the very next morning. Very happy customer”
