“Outstanding sales and onboarding process from Virtalent. Their Client Engagement Specialist, Brooke, expertly worked with me to help me understand their offering and make the decision to appoint them. “We have worked with Virtalent for about 9 months and we couldn't be happier with our excellent VA. As a small business, we needed someone to be able to juggle many priorities and jump in when needed - and our Virtalent VA does just that, and so much more! The process with our account manager was straight forward and they were quick to present relevant profiles, especially when our first VA suddenly became unavailable and we had to find a replacement. “As a remote worker, within a global organisation, I was delighted that my company engaged the support of Virtalent to provide virtual PA support to myself and others. I was able to select from a range of highly qualified PAs. She hit the ground running, taking control of my out-of-control calendar, doing all of the heavy lifting in terms of diary management, scheduling and rescheduling, liaising with my colleagues and direct reports to take a proactive approach to all aspects of the organisation of my time.
