“Myself and a group of friends were looking for a villa to stay for a trip to watch England play cricket in Barbados. I’d been in conversation with Caroline for 12 months looking to secure a villa that was available and would fit our requirements. After waiting 8 months for the cricket dates to be confirmed, we were finally in a position to book. Caroline had regularly kept me up to date during this time.
We had given Caroline quite a specific brief, but I’m pleased to say the villa she found exceed our wildest expectations. The villa was called Monkey Hill on the west coast. Caroline arranged the booking and kept in regular contact with me regarding any questions I had about the booking or the villa itself.
In summary we had a fantastic trip and dealing with Virgo Villas and Caroline was a very pleasant experience and took away what could have been a stressful experience. Then to the villa. Wow. We stayed at Sandalwood as nine adults and two children aged 4 yrs and 15 months. The house cannot be faulted. Luxurious and well equipped, it had everything we needed.
Backing on to Sandy Lane Old Nine golf course it was lovely to be able to walk out of the back gate to watch the monkeys playing and to enjoy a run around the golf course in the mornings.
The residents beach we had access to was never crowded and was close enough to walk to. The addition of the cabana with two fridges a microwave and a kettle was excellent.
The house team led by the amazing Charmaine, are magnificent. Jacqui our cook provided lovely locally inspired dishes and looked after our various dietary needs. The bedrooms were kept immaculately and the housekeepers of Greeta, Shanith and Cynthia did a fantastic job. Jason the gardener was excellent but unobtrusive and our night time security was well catered for by Lyndon with whom we were in capable and very knowledgeable hands.
Overall we had an amazing break supported by Caroline at Virgo Villas, at a wonderful house cared for by Charmaine and Jacqui who are our new best friends and we hope to return to see them again soon.”
