“Went to see the guys at Vires Velo in November 2022, had an ID Bike fit and ordered a custom painted Ostro. Service on the day was very very good, when I got the bike delivered I didn’t ride it for around 8 weeks due to being bad weather and most of my workouts being on the turbo. When I went to use it the rear brake was not working. I spoke to Rob at vires velo and they agreed to pay for it to be rectified, these things do happen at the end of the day and the way they dealt with it gets the thumbs up from me. Have done a fair few miles on the Ostro now and it is an outstanding bike. Thanks again team.”

“This is my second experience of Vires Velo, the first being for the purchase of my Factor O2 and this time returning for an Ostro VAM. From start to finish the responsiveness and service provided has been outstanding. Everyone is very welcoming and they all took time to ensure my bike fit, choice of frame and build were perfect for me. They even kindly set up my O2 to match the Ostro after my fit. When service is this good, it really stands out and I can't recommend the team at Vires Velo enough.”

“From start to finish Rob, Tom & Hayden made sense of everything in picking the perfect bike for me. From my Bike FitIDmatch to the build. Personally, for me, it was the right choice and I couldn't be happier. My Ostro Vam is an amazing bike and build, every detail is 100%. Also I know i can contact the guys and get info, feedback and pointers going forward and will be back yearly to get my full service. Not forgetting John who I met and gave me a lift to the train station, in fact everyone gave me a lift at some point, what more can you ask for. “A first class experience with Hayden, Rob and the team. I went ‘full custom’ on my purchase and the whole process from inception to delivery was spot on (and far above anything I’ve experienced in the bike world - actually more akin to dealing with a supercar dealer than a bike retailer!) The bike fit was excellent and I learnt as much in an hour as I had with hours/years of reading the science! Would highly recommend the product, the service and the whole experience”

“Made the trip to Vires Velo at Hethel -well worth the 1200 mile round trip!. Welcomed by John then spent a couple of hours with Hayden getting my bike fit, which was excellent. Also had a ride out on one of their bikes. Went through the build with John & Rob and I now have an Ostro Vam which fits perfectly. The morning spent at Vires Velo was a fantastic experience and if anyone is thinking about making a purchase would highly recommend a visit.”

“Amazing service from all the team at Vires Velo From my initial and then ongoing contact with John, the bike fit with Hayden, Rob throughout sorting parts, answering technical questions etc. When I collected the bike Rob and the mechanic spent some time with me running through the bike and the mechanic set the brake levers and bar tape to my exact needs. In all my years of cycling I’ve never experienced such a personalised service as this. Everyone there is super passionate about cycling and the brand and as for the bike, it’s stunning.”

“Fit at Vires with Hayden was so interesting and informative, and has me fitting the bike like a dream. I'm 6'3" and proportions for a taller rider on a 58 are perfect. So good to be able to test ride a bike in my size/fit as well. John, Rob and team at Vires were great, and can't believe the speed of turnaround. Ordered on Tuesday and collected on Friday. Brilliant.”

“Although not easy to get to, spending, what turned out to be a full day, at Vires Vélo was well worth the travel. Really enjoyed the visit and was especially impressed with James who generously gave as much time as it took, to ensure an excellent bike fit, even providing lots of test saddles until I settled on one which is working out really well.”

“My experience of dealing with Vires Velo has been excellent. From my first Zoom meeting with John Bailey to collecting my bike from Rob Wickes was extremely professional and friendly. Several e-mails were exchanged during and after the order process. All were answered punctually and positively. I was interested to visit the HQ at Hethel so elected to collect my bike regardless of the 400 mile round trip. I was welcomed with an excellent coffee. Got to love a Rocket coffee machine. Always wanted one, but the cost! The unit is modern and well set up, with all the range of bikes to see. Very confident and inspiring to any customer. My bike, Factor Ostro VAM was waiting for me upstairs where Rob took the obligatory photo. Not had a copy of that yet Rob. As for the bike. The wait was a little longer than expected, but did get it in time for my trip to Belgium. Just! Chapeau Vires Velo.”

“I am the proud and happy owner of a Factor Ostro Vam and can say without hesitation that the service, attention to detail and delivery of a truly superb bike has been second to none. I'm lucky to have ridden some beautiful bikes and I have to say when setting out on the journey of getting my 'dream' bike Factor wasn't at the top of the list, in all honesty, it wasn't on the list. By good fortune (and a tipoff from my brother who is also now the proud owner of an Ostro Vam) I found myself riding one of the best bikes I have ever come across, put together by a top bunch of people who couldn't have been more helpful.....Thank you Team Factor.”

“I would happily recommend Vires Velo. I found the team very helpful and professional. They gave me good advice and at times challenged my thinking about components and bike set-up. I took on board virtually all of their suggestions and I'm very glad I did. This included having a bike fit, something I was very much against, but luckily, John convinced me. Rob was very patient, answering all my questions pre-order and upon collection. His helpful advice was gratefully received. I'd recommend a visit in person if you can, it's well worth it. They have all the bikes and finishing kit on display and I'm sure that once you see the workshop you will see you are in safe hands.”
