“Vires Velo and Hayden who was my main contact from start to finish… was excellent. After a couple of delay's due to the frame not coming into stock… I travelled to vires velo and completed a bike fit on the I’d match system. The whole process was professional and seamless. I had a bike fit in the morning and then returned in the afternoon with my bike setup and ready to go. That is as good a service as you will get anywhere. Couldn’t be happier with the level of service from vires and Hayden… class outfit!!”

The bikes can be customised entirely to your fit and style and provides a really nice bespoke offering to the process, If your spending 5 figures on a bike this is an absolute must. “Initially had a good experience with test ride and bike fit. Unfortunately the bike fit was not fitted correctly to 2 bikes causing big discomfort and disappointing initial rides along with a slipping seat post on 1 bike. A bit of a slow process to get sorted subsequently. In addition on purchase of bikes we specifically asked if a new model Ostro VAM was coming out soon and was told no only to see a few months later a new model has been released.”
