“I love my beautiful rust velvet sofa. The whole experience was great. Short waiting time, packaged up brilliantly so no dirt go to it and even down to the guys you got to deliver it who where not leaving until we found a way to get it in. Thank you very much x”

“Hi thank you for the sofas. unfortunately, there is something wrong with the cushions. i will send a picture to show you what i mean. Also there are no cleaning instructions. I feel i can benefit from them so that i don't damage the fabric. The sitting cushions are a masive dissappointment. I would be happy if someone can tell me what to do with the cushions thanks.”

“Bought two matching pieces of furniture. They came with different feet. Different profile and different colour. One set dark oak and one set light oak. I complained about the difference in colour. I was told the makers of the furniture don't make their own feet they buy them in. They only use what they are sent and that was the end of the matter. Once they have your money it's hard lines if you have a problem they don't want to know. It also took then three days longer to deliver the goods. Due to using a cheap as possible outside delivery service. So o was without anything to sit on for three days. You would think after spending over £2500 you would be looked after. NO very poor company. They've lost out if, I'd have been treated me right I would have ordered more from them.”

As a small family run business we invest a lot of time, effort and resources to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases and in this case were limited by what legs the manufacturer had to offer.

“We now have 2 leather chairs a gorgeous leather and tweed sofa, a matching footstool and cushions.... Get nothing but Compliments from our visitors and guests. Staff are very friendly and the rocky road and coffee are always a nice touch when browsing....”

“we visited this company and were told a absolute pack of lies. We were told that stools we bought we a designers seconds...said designer had been dead 10 years. We also bought a 1 off, ex display sofa...Ocra french velvet!! We were delivered a velour sofa brand new in a box that was a cheap copy from china...not quite the same! We reported them to trading standards, and we claimed compensation from this company. Think n check very carefully when dealing with this "all smile on the surface" businesses. A all is not as it seems company in our experience.....BEWARE.”

“This company is amazing. You're made to feel so special the moment you walk in. Given a tour. Coffee and cakes then left to wander at your leisure. There is no pressure to buy but I think that’s because they know you will. The furniture is gorgeous extremely good quality. So pleased with my buy. Cannot praise them enough.”

“I purchased my corner sofa a year ago. Sofa looks stunning & expensive with Lovely plush velvet. Customer service was 10/10 even when I reported a button missing it was fixed in person quickly with no issues. My only niggle a year later is to do with the sofa build quality…..maybe this reflects the price. They say you pay for what you get!! - the corner sofa hooks to attach the 2 sofas together were not aligned to touch. I ended up unscrewing & moving one myself. - missing button on the side (should have been picked up on quality check before distribution) *fixed very quickly - order 3 extra cushions to match in with my conservatory sofa. Not the same colour and black zips exposed. *given full refund - the sofa has started to creek when you sit on one end, it sounds like something is faulty inside, but have no way to check. Would I buy again. Probably not.”
