“Visited the Vintage Sofa Company's fabulous showroom specifically to view the Zebra Zimbali chair which I had my eye on for a while and it didn't disappoint when I saw it! Whilst there we saw a Hawarth sofa and fell in love with it. So we ended up ordering a 2 seater sofa and chair with zebra cushions as well as buying the Zebra Zimbali chair! The showroom is like an Aladdin's Cave, the staff are friendly and helpful but most importantly they leave you to browse at leisure with no pressure to buy. The furniture arrived when they said it would, there were some scuffs on a couple of the feet and replacement feet were sent out immediately. Furniture is beautiful and looks amazing in our lounge! Would highly recommend The Vintage Sofa Company.”

“We had been struggling to find the perfect chair for our lounge, we knew the style we wanted but comfort was essential for my husband! He found Vintage Sofa online and we were over to see them that week! The shop is absolutely beautiful you can explore for hours it’s stunning with the most beautiful furniture and furnishings, the whole team were so welcoming we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Needless to say we found the perfect chair! We took delivery of the chair and footstool last week, we love it, the quality is amazing and exceeds my husbands quality control on comfort 😊 from ordering to delivery the whole experience was seamless, highly recommend a visit!”

“I have very happy about my 3 seater and 4 seater Howard olive green sofas they are beautiful, comfortable, and love the low arms on them, more space to sit on them. I had not been to the show room , but was help all the way with how big how long. And the right sofas for my home, what a lovely family run business. Thank you x”

“Don’t be fooled by the lovely showroom! This company is completely unorganised! They were quick to take our money and we were informed the furniture we purchased was in stock at the warehouse! We got no confirmation email even though we gave our email address several times and we had to call back into the showroom to ask where the warehouse actually was as we were sent away with no information, only to then be told the warehouse is closed on a weekend! We then hired a van out to go collect our furniture through the week but we were told that the cabinet we ordered actually wasn’t in stock! A waste of a morning off work! Frustrating! We were then told due to the confusion and as an apology our furniture would be delivered a couple of weeks later, only to find on the promised date it hadn’t appeared again and when i chased it up I was told that it was to be delayed further! I then cancelled my order! Such a shame as there are some lovely things in the showroom and I did want to purchase more however I would not want to deal with these people again! I would not recommend this place to anyone!”

“Received our two new Harris tweed and leather Chessington sofas and foot stool today from the Vintage Sofa Company, absolutely love them and can't recommend the company highly enough! Excellent experience all round from the initial showroom visit discussing fabrics and leathers through to ordering, especially as we chose bespoke fabric combinations on a pair of 'matched opposites'. Delivery was punctual, professional and made it look easy getting the two sofas into the room. The sofas are solid and ooze quality and it's great being able to benefit various British businesses with the purchase from the family run Vintage Sofa Company, the local skilled craftspeople building the sofas and even the Scottish (Harris) Tweed makers!!”

“Jowler Mill is a unique, personalised shopping experience. There's a wonderful selection of exquisite furniture and accessories that you won't find anywhere else. Go there when you have plenty of time to browse - its not the sort of thing you want to rush. We cannot speak highly enough of the shopping, ordering and delivery service and we were thrilled when our furniture arrived. It's beautiful, well-made, comfortable and (I think) very stylish.”

“The vintage sofa co was recommended by a friend who spoke very highly of both the customer service and the quality of the furniture and my goodness they were right! From the first day we visited the mill for “just a look” to the day we got delivery of our sofa (and beyond!) I can’t recommend them enough. We absolutely love our chessington chaise and winged chair. The quality is unreal!! The day out sofa was due for delivery was the day it snowed and we didn’t think it would happen but it did!!! These guys are definitely worth a visit, they know their stuff and as an added bonus you get coffee and cake!! Thank you guys, you have enabled us to completely change the ambiance of our lounge and we absolutely love it!”
