“We were told about you by a friend and we were with you an hour later! We had explored all the main streams sofa companies and found them wanting! We came to you and and hour and a half later we had bought our two sofas. Your welcome, expertise, products and knowledge was outstanding! We are now the proud owners of two of your sofas, we love them! We also loved the whole experience of shopping at your store, once we had found it!! So thank you”

“We couldn’t be more happy with our sofas - excellent quality and at an extremely reasonable price. The service was just fantastic - we got fabric samples really quickly, the sofas were produced beautifully in our own choice of fabric and there was frequent, clear communication throughout. Everything was reliable and clear and to schedule. We wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and are already recommending them to the many people who are admiring our sofas. We only wish every company we order from was this good!”

“We visited the Mill after many helpful messages answering our queries. We made a special trip up from Bristol and it was amazing! Beautiful surroundings, made to feel very welcome and not at all rushed. We ended up with the sofa we went for and another one we fell in love with whilst there. Delivery arrived when it should have and plenty of online information about setting up the sofas. Really great quality British made sofas at brilliant prices. Couldn’t find anything like it elsewhere and a personal service to boot. Very impressed.”

“The service is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and not pushy. The tea and cake is fabulous too. The range of products is beautiful! The choice was so difficult but I landed on the 2 seater Albert in marmalade. It is beautiful and wonderful quality velvet. I just love it.”

“What a find, The Vintage Sofa Company is such an amazing place, there’s not just sofas and chairs to fall in love with but anything you might need to furnish your living rooms, The mill is such a stunning building in a beautiful valley. It’s a family run business who go above and beyond to help you. Unfortunately I had issues with the manufacturer but The Vintage Sofa Company went above and beyond to sort which they did. Alison who works in the office is also such a lovely lady that helped enormously she’s a credit to the company. I’ll definitely be returning to choose a new rug for my living room.”

“From the comfort of our home I was immediately interested in the furniture displayed on the Vintage sofa's website. From getting in touch to speaking with the staff at all hours of the day and night. We were able to come up with my ideas and there creation's to match what we wanted for our home. They really have been true to there word. Nothing was to much trouble, from txtin, conversation,order, delivery, a small fault,dealt with immediately to customer satisfaction. What a fabulous service and you hold traditional values,that is a quality to still see these days. We absolutely love our furniture. Thank you. Service second to none. Outstanding 👌”

The selection is amazing, you don’t get this style in many places (too amazing I didn’t want to leave), the staff were helpful and advised us regarding which fabrics would be best suited to young children. “After placing an order, via telephone, with the lovely Georgina, I was treated to a great customer from start to aftercare. I bought two sofas and a shearling rug, and had to put trust in a company that I’d been following, for a number of months, on social media. I was not disappointed. The quality of all the products, is outstanding. I have a lot of lovely comments from my visitors. The people that work there were also very helpful. George was great, and Sophie, in the warehouse, was a star. They both did exactly what they said they would do. Sophie was instrumental in keeping me up to date with my delivery. She even worked out some dates which really suited me. Sophie also helped with an item that was despatched to me in error. She gave me some suitable options, which were dealt with ease and efficiency. My experience was so refreshing, especially in this day and age, where you can’t always get to speak to a human being, without a load of hassle. The Vintage Sofa Company are amazing. They are so worthy of their awards. I will continue to recommend them and I will not hesitate to use them again.”

They held on to our sofa, footstool and high back chair for longer than usual as we were decorating. Very accommodating and helpful. “I ordered the sofas over the phone based on the reviews and how amazing they looked. Also great value for money half the price I was going to pay a national chain who had let me down with my order. When they arrived I couldn't be happier, quality was excellent and just as good as pictures. I also had to wait a relatively short time for delivery so overall a smooth transaction and friendly service. Would definitely recommend the company to friends and family.”

“I traveled far and wide around lots of shops looking for the right seat and footstool. I came across vintage sofa company and looked into their reviews and asked them for advise. I was very sceptical about ordering before sitting on and seeing the items. Hi were I bit the bullet and ordered and I am so so glad I did. My Howard range snuggle chair and footstool blows any thing else I have seen and sat on out the window. Delivery was quick and simple cost for items was well worth what I received and the customer service is amazing. I am now saving for a sofa which I didn’t plan on changing and now won’t go anywhere else. Thankyou for all your help xx”
