“I was very pleased with the service from Vintage Cash Cow from the very beginning to the payment. It is exactly as they say in their emails and literature. I put my items in the box with the labels that they provided and received an offer a few days later. It was explained to me where my items would finish and how they had come to the valuation. “Overall, pleased with our experience dealing with VCC. Good communication, keeping us up to date at every stage. We may have made more on our items, but well worth what we got for very little effort on our part. We did have the option to get our items returned free of charge, but we had already made the decision that it was bits that had been sitting in drawers anyway, so they may as well contribute to current cost of living hikes!”

“I was so impressed with this service. So easy to send a box using the prepaid generated labels that are sent to you in the post. Super quick turnaround - was contacted the next day after posting the box and was extremely pleased with the offer made. Once accepted money was transferred to my account the next day. “I have using this service for a while and the offers are now very low and the time to receive them is getting to roughly 10 days. Still waiting for an offer from a box they received 11th Nov and it’s the 25th today. Recently when I requested some labels I received an email asking what I would be sending before then send me anymore labels. It sounds like they are now being very selective with items they will take.”

We have faced delays due to repeated postal service strikes which in turn hinders our offer turnaround as we receive an influx of boxes in one go after a strike.
