“Quick and easy to send goods off. Prompt reply for quote which was good the first time I sent 2 parcels off but a little disappointed with quote for second 2 parcels but which I did accept. Option of sending them back free if quote not accepted is definately an advantage.”

“Very easy to use, came back within a few days with an offer first box was ok the second box I was disappointed with the offer as there were quite a few watches in it and some rings, the 175 was very very low for what was in the box with hindsight I should have split it up. So if you have a lot I would recommendseparate”

“I was sceptic at first about sending my stuff to a company I'd never heard of. But I risked it and it was easy from start to finish. I was told there would be a bit longer to wait for my offer as the company had had more new customers than usual which I appreciated. When I was called with my offer, I talked to a lovely young man who explained where my items would be going. I was excited that some of my mums costume jewellery would be used in television. The offer was more than I expected and I accepted it with pleasure. I will definitely use this company again.”

“I use to think this was a good option but the valuations seem to get less as time goes on even when you send a large box including a lot of silver scrap which I worked out if I could of taken it into town I would of got more money than my last quote from here... I don't think I will be using this option again in the future.”

“Initially sceptical about getting a fair deal, I was pleasantly surprised by the offer made for my items - bearing in mind that the varied items had no value to me and were simply taking up house room. Could I have made more from selling them privately? Possibly but the time, effort and postage cost wouldn’t have been worth it. They are also able to recycle and reuse broken items so environmentally friendly too. The process was simple, all I had to do was pack up a box. Collection from my door on a pre-arranged date and emails keeping me informed of the ongoing process. I would use them again and recommend to friends. My advice - don’t send anything you value personally, you may be disappointed, but for attic clutter - a great service. I just wish I could find a similar scheme for pottery and ornaments!”
