Very disappointed with this cash cow company . Unless you have 20 ton of what they want they are simply not interested .they want more more more …go and find more more more look in your garage attic but we need more 😡😡…

Very disappointed with my second offer from you. The 1st box I sent to you ….i was very pleased with your offer and accepted it, and your service was excellent. The 2nd box I sent to you included £35 in commemorative 50p pieces still in circulation and some other items. I cannot understand why I was only offered £27 pound for it which did not even cover the value of the 50p pieces, let alone the other items I sent. I am sorry but will not be sending any more boxes into you

Unfortunately, while many people believe modern commemorative 50p coins are rare, our experience suggests that their widespread production makes them more common than you might think. Recently, there have been articles in media outlets about the value of these coins. However, these are based on a few listings on eBay, advertising these coins for sale in the thousands. If you filter by ‘sold items only’ on eBay, these kinds of coins generally sell for a few pounds rather than the thousands reported. We completely understand this might be disappointing to be made aware of. We always try to provide the most value we can in our offers and these are just below the second-hand market resale value as we need to maintain a sustainable service. I'm sorry that on this occasion we were not the right service for you, but we do hope you give us another try in the future given that you had an excellent experience with us with your first box. Thought it was a fair price for stuff I couldn’t be bothered to deal with myself. ‘Free’ postage (which I know you pay for in the big picture). I’d tried to sell some bits myself but wasn’t having any luck.

I threw quite a few old vintage type things I had lying around into a box , it was so easy and then posted it . A few days later I received an offer of £38 .. for things I was going to throw away .. a great way to have a clear out .. it was so easy XXXXX

Totally insulted by my offer,I sent over 50 pieces of jewellery,I knew how much they were worth, I obviously didn't expect to get that, but they offered me £20, I am still waiting for information on returning them to me.

How it works you send your goods they rip you off then change there and format the goods I sent worth well over so-called standard £300 I fell for the waffle I don't want anyone else to fair is fair a scam is a scam 1 is to many 0.5 is more than fair

don’t waste your time with these paltry price offered if they are offering you £30 to £40 they probably make £50 or more .only good thing is it’s free to send & get back but if you probably accept offer postage probably is took off price .secretly anyway

We always make the best offer we can based on the age, authenticity, quality, and condition of the items received, as well as taking into consideration their value within the second-hand marketplace. I sincerely apologise that some of your items were damaged upon return. This certainly isn't up to our usual standards and we will always investigate any complaints that are raised within 28 days of the box being posted. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate a complaint raised in your name and as stated in our Terms and Conditions, 'Any claims for missing or damaged Items MUST be submitted to us within 28 days of the Box being posted - whether that’s you sending your Box to us or Vintage Cash Cow sending it back to you.' After 28 days we don't have access to our CCTV footage of the appraisal or the return so we, unfortunately, aren't able to investigate the matter. I understand that this outcome will be disappointing for you, however, this is clearly laid out in our Terms and Conditions so, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to look into the issue with your return. Very disappointed with such a low offer,I felt insulted,tho collection and return were satisfactory,£27 pounds for 17 die cast and boxed buses and trams and an Ingersol gold plated watch and silver coins,also a digital camera,I would never try to use them again

Beware. Your box that you send is only insured for £300. Your not told this on the advert on TV. Only says up to £10,000. Better off going to Hatton garden with your hold. Also told it's valued/looked at by people in a warehouse. Not professional by the sounds of it, and are these people trained on this??? Mmmmmm

I've been trying to send my stuff off to vintage cash cow for a number of weeks now I was quite dubious at first but thought I would give it a go but It seems troublesome getting them to pick up my box with 2 failed collections. An now I have found these reviews that aren't very positive people either get rubbish offers or there stuff isn't all returned and the few that are positive aren't very detailed. Which is left me feeling that cash cow isn't a genuine site .

If you send us an email to confirm your address just to make sure we have it correct for the collection, we can either rebook the collection for you or arrange for some labels to be sent to you so that you can take your box to the Post Office. What a disappointment. Offered £57 for a big box of 50 year old fisher price toys, 100 grams of gold, 20 grams of silver, 3 vintage watches (1940's timex, vintage seconda & a vintage (1950's) smiths watch, 3 pairs of silver earrings with stones (cz's & sapphires). Vintage necklaces, a boxed vintage Avon bangle & matching earrings, 3 boxes of vintage cufflinks, lots of fashion quartz watches, a rotary watch (boxed) a swatch watch, a pierre cardin watch , plenty of vintage & other costume jewellery. The gold alone was worth £100. I even rang before I sent it & was assured I'd get a fair price for the gold. I'd packed it all carefully & took photos & did a list. I got it back today...all the jewellery was stuffed into 2 plastic bags...even the jewellery that had their original boxes. One mans watch glass face is badly scratched & a ladies fashion watch looks like it's been kicked about the company floor...the leather is all ripped & it's now not wearable. A half moon brooch had a stone come loose but it was in a small bag with it...it's now missing. I've just taken all the fisher price to my local hospice shop, along with a few other items. I'll be weighing in the silver & gold tomorrow at a working jewellers. The rest I'll post on vinted. I wish I'd seen this review site before I sent it. The trust pilot review site has more good than bad & I'm not sure I believe it.

After offering me 20.00 for a full box of watches and 2 clocks which I refused they sent my parcel back missing one of the clocks. After speaking to customer services I was told there was only one clock in the box and there was nothing they could do. I'm 100 per cent sure I sent off 2 clocks.

Having spoken to our customer care team, I can see that they have done an in depth investigation into this. This involves checking the CCTV footage from when your items were appraised. I can see that only 1 clock was in the box here, and this is the same on the notes from our appraisers and reflected in the offer your received from us. I posted my box fully labelled on 25th March. I.D. 650351 and still haven't received a response. Tried to call several times and after holding a while, get cut off! Very irritating and wonder if this is a scam??

Our phone lines are very busy at the moment and our team is working hard to help our customers as quickly as possible. We always recommend that you email or text us if you aren't able to get through to us on the phone so that we can help you with your query. Upon looking into your account, I can see that you have since emailed us with a picture of your postage receipt, so we have been able to identify your parcel in our 'unidentified parcels area'. Parcels go here when they arrive without a Sender ID label. This can happen when the customer forgets to attach the Sender ID label to their box, or if a customer attaches it, sometimes it can get damaged or fall off in transit, so when the box arrives with us, we don't know who it belongs to. As you have now contacted us by email with the information we require to match your box to your account, your box will be scanned into your account and can move on to the appraisals department. If you ever have any questions or doubts in the future and you can't get through to us on the phone, please don't hesitate to email or text us and a member of our team will respond as soon as they can. Sent loads of cameras , camcorder , binoculars all in cases with straps etc sent 3 rings also they wanted to give me 54 pounds what a joke .Today received box back and my rings are missing so have sent a email as there phone service is rubbish ,so where are my rings ???
