“I sent a box of goods and within a week received a cheque for it which was of lower value than I expected but Vintage's leaflets say that after receiving the cheque I and the friend who recommended Vintage to me would receive a £20 voucher, which is exactly what happened to my friend and the friend who recommended her. However I have been refused a voucher unless I supply a video of myself. I cannot do this as I do not have a modern phone.”

We have a refer-a-friend voucher which I can see you have gone on to use. We also have a separate voucher for any customers who send us a video in talking about their experience with us and how they spent their money. I can assure you, you do not need to supply us with a video to get the refer-a-friend voucher. “A great find! You have everything to gain and nothing to lose by popping unwanted bits and pieces in a box and giv[ng them a ring. Lovely people to deal with, very friendly and help Everything to gain and nothing - absolutely nothing - to lose by giving them a ring and it's all free.They will collect your box, have it examined by experts and you will be offered a realistic amount within 2 or 3 days. If you agree a cheque or transfer is arranged at once but if you don't lke the offer they will return your box without charge. Go on. give them a try and declutter all your unwanted stuff! ve”
