Hi Denise, As a service, we do not claim to be the best place to sell for the highest price. Many customers use us to sell items in bulk as we are easy, quick and efficient. We do not market ourselves as a scrap merchant because that is not what we are, we're a bulk decluttering service that specialises in buying and selling vintage items. We also do not hide the fact that we buy items on with the intention to sell them on for a profit. “Of course Cash Cow makes a profit but is is well deserved. Parcels were collected as planned; i soon received a phone call with an offer. once offer was accepted money appeared very soon in my account. A perfect system for items that are not TOO valuable.”

“The people were professional and did what they said they’d do however I found the valuation poor and way lower than expectations. I would not use or recommended because of this. With hindsight I could have took the coins to the bank and got more!”

“I found this very easy to do, request my labels, find a box, put in items that I don't require any longer and either send off or get a courier to pick up, then await the result. Within a week I had £135 placed into my bank account which paid for my groceries for that week. Very pleased with the ease of it all.”

“Insulting offer, the courier would cost more to send back. I think they only want gold and silver and nothing else. I did send a mix of things including a gold necklace and Rotary watch, the offer was £10 for everything. I would have got more if I set up a stall at the end of my street!”
